By placing an order with Keedreamworld, you enter into a legally binding purchase agreement. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate before completing your order.

We ensure that your order is carefully processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. Any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information will be charged to the customer.

All orders are shipped via PostNL or DPD after payment has been received.

Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday.

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Keedreamworld is not liable for loss, delays, or damages during transit.

All prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust prices at any time.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We guarantee that all products are delivered in good condition.

Damage caused by wear, misuse, or incorrect washing is not covered under warranty.
